The Service is a free, browser-based tool that lets you count japa for Shiv mantras (सांब सदाशिव, ॐ नमः शिवाय and ॐ), track malas of 108, run a practice timer, play mantra audio, view your statistics, and read articles on mantra and Naam Jap.

No account, registration or payment is required. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

3. Eligibility & Use by Minors

The Service is suitable for devotees of all ages. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you should use the Service with the knowledge and guidance of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

5. Your Practice Data

Your counts, malas, timer, history and settings are saved only in your browser's local storage on your device, as explained in our Privacy Policy. We do not hold a copy.

This means you are responsible for that data. Clearing your browser data, using private mode, switching browsers or devices, or pressing Reset may permanently erase it. We cannot recover lost counts and are not responsible for any such loss.

6. Intellectual Property

The website's text, articles, design, layout, logo, graphics and code are owned by us or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

The sacred mantras themselves are part of a timeless spiritual heritage that belongs to everyone - we claim no ownership over them. You are welcome to share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with credit and a link back. Any other reproduction requires our written permission.
